Description

Outskirts Commune is set in a small town bordering a purple river. Large trees and stone statues surround the buildings, whose doors and windows are either plain black or lit up in various colors. Two statues stand inside the town itself, one depicting Lord Exo and the other Two X. The map is only available in the Hardcore and Voidcore map rotations.

Design & Path

The path begins at a purple portal and ends at an orange one, winding through the town as it curves around buildings, plants and cliffs. The many turns and u-turns along the route are what make this map interesting to plan for.

Strategy

• The frequent u-turns scattered across the town are excellent tower placement spots, since they let a single tower cover the path from multiple angles at once.
• Because the map is fairly compact, prioritize towers with solid range and area coverage over highly specialized single-target towers.
